How often do we ship? That will depend. If we get the order early in the day, we will do our best to get it out to you that same day. If it is later, we will ship by United States Postal Service the next business day. We will try to get you your order as soon as we can because we know you really want it soon.

How do returns work? Well, we will take most things back and give you your money back if it is in perfect condition, if it has been cut from the bolt, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. If it is now on sale, we will give you the sale price, but like everything we do at Fat Quarter Quilters, we want you to be happy. So, call us and we will work something out. If it has been a while since you purchased this item, there may be restocking charge. We promise we will be fair and we know you will be fair as well.

What about shipping costs? We will ship anywhere. Now let’s talk price to do that.

For international customers, we will check with the USPS for the best rate for you and email you the exact shipping charges. We try very hard to hold your shipping costs to a minimum, charging you only what we pay ourselves. Please don't ask us to misrepresent what is in the package, we are truthful with customs forms.

What about sales tax? We will charge Georgia residents 7%. All other customers will not be charged a sales tax. Sorry, it is the law.
